SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE - Elk Rapids Township Board.  There will be a Special Meeting of the Elk Rapids Township Board on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will be held at the Governmental Center located at 315 Bridge Street, Elk Rapids.   

This will be an informal informational meeting for the property owners in and near Maple Harbor in Kewadin to discuss the possibility of extending pressure sewer to their area.

Elk Rapids Township shall provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services for the hearing impaired and individuals with disabilities.   ELK RAPIDS TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION - SITE PLAN REVIEW HEARINGS  August 16, 2016  The Elk Rapids Township Planning Commission will conduct three Site Plan Review Hearings on Tuesday August 16, 2016, 6:30 PM at the Government Center, 315 Bridge Street, Elk Rapids, Michigan.

Public Hearing #1: Richard & Kathy Radatz
Under consideration is a request for a Site Plan Review from Richard & Kathy Radatz, 10514 Lakeshore Road, Williamsburg, MI 49690, owners of platted residential zoned property at the same location a.k.a. Lot #26 of Sunset Shores Subdivision, (Tax ID# 05-06-550-024-10). Request a Site Plan Review hearing to address the provisions of Section 2.11 restrictions applicable to Property Abutting Lakes, Rivers or Streams of the Township Zoning Ordinance.

TOWNSHIP SERVICES - This is for paying Elk Rapids Township property taxes using a debit/credit card.  You can pay your Elk Rapids Township real estate taxes on line using all major credit cards. These are for current taxes being collected and not delinquent taxes due to Antrim County Treasurers office, after February 28th.   There is a convenience fee for credit/debit card usage of 3.0% Summer taxes are payable July 1st through September 14th, without interest. Winter taxes are payable December 1st through February 14th, without penalty.
